At Venom Culture, we take care to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping information below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During collection drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping — $10 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping — $15 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $150 AUD
    Automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping rates are applied at checkout based on your order total.

Order Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us and we’ll assist promptly.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We cant guarantee all deliveries will be completed and it may need to be taken up with Australia Post.
Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe to pass before submitting an enquiry.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Venom Culture is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
